Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
- Cat Treats & Snacks (due to health and safety regulations)
- Opened or used Dry Cat Food and Wet Cat Food (for hygiene reasons)
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package & Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following time for your refund to be processed:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
