• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging.
• In the same condition as when you received it.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Cat Treats & Snacks
• Opened or used Dry Cat Food and Wet Cat Food

Return & Exchange Process

2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Package & Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following time for your refund to be processed:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing.
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
